Christmas Morning Monkey Bread

INGREDIENTS: 

3 8 oz. Packages buttermilk biscuits  

1 cup sugar 

2 tsp. cinnamon 

2 sticks butter 

½ cup packed brown sugar 

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Bundt pan by greasing with butter.  
  1. Cut each biscuit into 4 equal-sized pieces.  
  1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl or plastic bag. Drop and roll the pieces of dough in this mixture and gently arrange them into the prepared pan.  
  1. In a small sauce pan, combine ½ cup of the remaining sugar cinnamon mixture with the brown sugar and butter. Bring mixture to a boil and then immediately remove from the heat. Carefully drizzle the mixture over the rolled dough balls. 
  1. Bake for 30 minutes, or until tops are starting to crisp. 
  1. Allow pan to cool for 5 minutes. To eat, invert the bread and tear pieces.
