Cream Cheese Pound Cake
INGRDIENTS:
Cake:
3 cup sugar
3 cup plain flour
6 large eggs
3 sticks room temp margarine
8 oz. room temp cream cheese
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Frosting:
2 cup sugar
1 stick margarine
2 ½ tbsp. cocoa
½ cup milk
PROCEDURE:
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Combine all cake ingredients.
- Bake for 1 ½ hours.
- Boil all frosting ingredients for one minute. Cool for 30 minutes, then beat until thick enough to spread.
