Crockpot Hash Brown Casserole

INGREDIENTS: 

½ tsp. garlic powder 

½ tsp. onion powder 

2 ½ cup cheddar cheese 

1 cup sour cream 

One 32 oz. bag frozen potatoes 

One 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup 

4 tbsp. butter 

Salt and pepper 

PROCEDURE: 

  1. Add potatoes, sour cream, soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter, and 1 ½ cup shredded cheese to the crockpot.
  2. Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours.
  3. After 4 hours, remove the lid and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
  4. Cover the crockpot again for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
