Holiday Cookie Pie
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of chocolate chip cookies
1 bowl of milk
1 package of cool whip
1 cookie crust, premade or homemade
PROCEDURE:
- Ready your pie crust and spread a layer of cool whip along the entirety of the crust. Dip a cookie into the bowl of milk until soft and place in rows to make a layer of cookie on top of the cool whip. Alternately spread a layer of cool whip on top and then add the cookies. Repeat until you reach the top of the crust.
- Put a thicker layer of cool whip on top, and then decorate however you please. Options include sprinkling cookie crumbs on top or bordering the pie with cookies.
- Allow the pie to refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then slice and enjoy.
