Holiday Haystack
INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate chips
Butterscotch chips
Uncooked chow mein noodles
PROCEDURE:
- Pour one bag of butterscotch chips and chocolate chips into the microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave the chips for 15 seconds, take it out and stir it up. Microwave for another 15 seconds if needed.
- Pour the chow mein noodles into the melted mixture, and stir them in it until they are all covered in the chocolate/butterscotch sauce.
- Once all of the noodles are covered, scoop small portions of the mixture into a ball-like shape, and place them on the parchment paper.
- Refrigerate the haystacks for 30 minutes.
