Chiefs hope to improve winning streak vs Sprayberry
The football team is looking to win their 3rd straight game on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7:30 p.m. at home against the Sprayberry Yellow Jackets. This game will be their homecoming game.
Both teams are coming into this game with a 4-3 overall record and a 3-2 region record. Last week, the Chiefs knocked off South Cobb 35-16, and the Yellow Jackets defeated Dalton 20-17.
Through their first 7 games, the Chiefs have scored 152 points and have given up 106 points. During their two-game win streak, they have only allowed 16 points. On the other hand, the Yellow Jackets have put up 181 points and have given up 167 points.
Last season, the Chiefs beat the Yellow Jackets by one touchdown at Sprayberry, 35-28. This season, the Chiefs are ranked 214th in the state and 4,096th in the nation. The Yellow Jackets are ranked 116th in the state and 1,893rd in the nation.
