The rivalry continues between the Sequoyah Chiefs and the Creekview Grizzlies this Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Harrison High School. Both teams are ready to renew this rivalry on the court, as Sequoyah looks to extend their winning streak over Creekview. With the tension rising so high, the Lady Chiefs are determined to win this big game.  

So far this season, Sequoyah has a record of 22-1 and 4-0 for region games. Since 2007, the overall record for Sequoyah is 227-124-0 while Creekview has a record of 132-172-0. The win would not only mean they beat their rival, but it would also boost Sequoyah’s record and put them one step closer to securing their slot as the possible region champs. As of right now, Creekview has a record of 10-10-0 and are only 1-1 in region games. The Grizzlies are ranked 94th in the state. On the other hand, Sequoyah is ranked in the top 5 in the state. 

Come out and support your Lady Chief’s Volleyball team this Tuesday at Harrison High School and witness them playing one of their biggest rivals. Remember to wear your black and gold!
